Under Dario's guidance, the restaurant presents two degustation menus—a concise eight-course and an extensive twelve-course—each featuring snacks and substantial plates that showcase a contemporary culinary journey through Italy's diverse regions. An à la carte menu is also available during dinner from Tuesdays to Thursdays and Friday and Saturday lunchtimes.
