Ascua, meaning 'ember' in Spanish, offers a refined dining experience in Perth's CBD, opposite His Majesty's Theatre. The theatre-style open kitchen showcases a sizzling wood-fired grill where chefs prepare dry-aged meats and premium local seafood. The menu features dishes like Black Angus & Bone Marrow Tartare, Grilled Octopus with Morcilla, and Margaret River Black Angus Sirloin. Seafood lovers can enjoy Exmouth King Prawns and Western Rock Lobster, accompanied by sides such as Wood-Fired Broccoli and Skin-On Fries. Desserts include the Gold Bar and Basque Cheesecake. An extensive selection of Western Australian wines complements the meal. Ascua is open for breakfast daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, and dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
