Asado, located at 6 Riverside Quay in Southbank, Melbourne, is the latest addition to The San Telmo Group, offering a vibrant dining experience inspired by Argentinian steakhouses with a Spanish twist. The restaurant features an open fire pit and a three-meter bespoke charcoal parrilla grill, serving premium meats like O’Connor’s beef, Gippsland lamb, and Western Plains pork. The interior boasts stylish booths, bar seating, hides, leather, chequered tiled floors, and mosaic murals, creating an energetic and authentic atmosphere. Asado is open daily from 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:30 pm.
