The Ardlethan Picnic Races, a cherished tradition in the Riverina region, have been celebrated for over six decades. Historically held at the "Warri" property near Ardlethan, the event has been relocated to Narrandera Racecourse due to infrastructure requirements at the original site. The 2025 race day is scheduled for Saturday, 22 March, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Narrandera Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Narrandera. The Ardlethan Picnic Race Club continues to offer a six-race program, local and metro bookmakers, fashions on the field, food and bar facilities, and marquee sites. BYO is permitted (no glass).
