This the first time I had been to this place to support a dance group. The venue suited the style of show and the decor was lovely inside and outside. A wide range of drinks available at the bar

We had such a wonderful experience with Andrew and the team working together for our clients kids birthday party. I couldnt recommend them highly enough and all the guests were so impressed and the event went seamlessly.

We recently had an event at the Arcana. Its a good sized space that was set up well for our event (bar tables, sofas and a small stage - lounge style). There was a projector for pictures which was a nice touch though the wrong pictures were playing when we arrived. We had one great server behind the bar but the other two weren't as skilled. However, they didn't keep us regularly posted on the bar tab spend (we had to keep asking) and unfortunately due to last minute cancellations and limited visibility, it meant that we left hundreds of dollars behind (no refund FYI). The initial correspondence was also quite slow. The music could not be turned up due to a limited amount of decibels allowed though not sure why considering its located in an industrial area. It would have been nice to dance to the playlist that we spent hours creating as it ended up just being background music. Everyone raved about the Korean food truck that we got in though that was nothing to do with Arcana; they just provide the options and you pick accordingly. I highly recommend them though if you ever need one. I'm glad that we supported a local venue, but I'm not sure I'd make another booking here.

My dad and I celebrated our combined 110th birthday at the Temperance Bar recently and it was excellent. Nothing was too much hassle for the team, they were so accommodating, easy to work with and gladly answered the many and varied questions we had while organising. Everyone had a fabulous evening- the bar staff were great and everything ran smoothly. Thank you again Andrew, Solene and Chelsea for all of your help and hard work!
