
Applewood Distillery, nestled in Gumeracha's Adelaide Hills, crafts sustainable Australian spirits using native botanicals. Housed in a 1920s cold store, the distillery offers a cozy bar atmosphere where visitors can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, wine and spirit flights, and local beer on tap. Open Thursday through Sunday, the venue also serves Japanese-inspired street food and small local platters. Behind-the-scenes tours are available Friday through Sunday at 12 pm. Bookings are recommended for groups of six or more.
