Annsleigh Gardens & Events is a historic five-acre English-style garden in Ridgley, Tasmania, renowned for its serene beauty and diverse themed areas. Established over 60 years ago, the gardens have evolved from a sheep paddock into a vibrant venue featuring numerous 'rooms' and themes, perfect for exploration. Notably, it boasts one of the tallest pruned hedges in Tasmania. In early 2025, the property was acquired with a vision to educate visitors about vegetable and fruit heritage, seed saving, and to distribute rare seeds. The gardens are currently undergoing development, aiming to open to the public in Spring 2025.
