Angle Vale is a semi-rural town on the Adelaide Plains, situated between Gawler and Virginia in South Australia. The town is surrounded by Adelaide's suburban sprawl and is close to many vineyards and farms. It includes Trinity College's Gawler River campus, Angle Vale Primary School, and Riverbanks College. Some students travel to nearby towns or to Gawler. The town's history dates back to 1852, with the Angle Vale Post Office opening on 1 October 1866. The laminated timber arch Angle Vale Bridge was constructed over the Gawler River in 1876.
