Established in 2018, it has grown from a 50-litre pilot brewery to a state-of-the-art 1,500-litre system by 2021, significantly increasing its brewing capacity. The venue underwent a major renovation in 2023, enhancing its inviting atmosphere. Offering a diverse range of beers, including the popular Oh! Ginger Beer and Oh! Lé Mon Hard Lemonade, the brewpub also features a full food menu, live music, and hosts events like Open Mic & Wings on Wednesdays and Trivia on Thursdays. With a capacity of over 500 people, it provides a family-friendly space with alfresco dining, a bar, and free Wi-Fi. Alice Springs Brewing Co. is committed to sustainability, recycling and purifying water to strict brewing standards with minimal waste. Its beers are available nationwide, and the brewery has expanded into South Australia with the acquisition of Beer Garden Brewing in Port Lincoln.
