Nestled in Hovell Tree Park, the Albury Community Wood Fired Oven offers a unique culinary experience where visitors can bring their own ingredients and bake a variety of dishes, from pizzas and bread to roasts and desserts. The ovens are fired up every second Sunday for free community use, with an expert Oven Coordinator available to provide guidance. During daylight savings (October–March), baking sessions run from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm; from April to September, they are held from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The venue features an undercover area and a playground, making it ideal for family gatherings. Located near the Albury Swim Centre, it provides a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors to enjoy the art of wood-fired cooking.
