After Dark

After Dark is a solid spot for live music, and I really appreciated how professional and friendly the security team was. They were calm, respectful, and handled everything smoothly without being overbearing. It made the whole night feel relaxed and safe, which isn’t something you always get at busy venues.

Caught Konfess at After Dark Milton and they absolutely crushed it. The energy on stage was wild and the crowd was loving every second. The sound and lighting made the whole show feel massive, but the venue still has that intimate vibe where you feel close to the band. Staff were super chill, drinks were easy to grab, and the night flowed perfectly. Easily one of the best rock gigs I’ve been to in Brisbane lately,can’t wait to be back for the next one!

Electric vibes as soon as you walk in with an awesome spray paint feature wall and tags covering the bathroom. Every gig here pops off with music and merch! Would 10/10 recommend attending when you can.

After Dark is an incredible space run by the Late Night Collective team. The venue has such a unique vibe – intimate yet full of energy – and it’s clear how much effort goes into every detail, from the sound and lighting to the way events are curated. The staff are welcoming, the community atmosphere is amazing, and it’s become a real hub for creativity and live music in Brisbane. Can’t recommend it enough for both artists and audiences!

security not only assaulted a kid but if you didnt have tickets to the event being held we were being told to leave the block of land in its entirety. weeiiirrrddd!!

security attacked a kid (an actual kid, under 18) who was incapacitated for absolutely zero reason, blood all over the kid's face. The venue then released a statement lying about it, when there were a bunch of witnesses who saw everything. Not a safe space.

Great venue last night, just to clear everything up with the incident that occurred last night the young man who was involved didn’t purchase a ticket and was trying to enter without a valid ticket, the security were trying to usher him off multiple times before the incident even happened, to continue the security clearly had enough of the trouble he was causing and began to push him away which personally I think they could’ve tried something different but nothing else was working, this young man hit the security and the security hit back
