Established in 1952, 2nd Mortdale Scout Group has been a cornerstone of the Mortdale community for over seven decades. Located at 6 Gungah Bay Road, Oatley, the group offers engaging and adventurous activities for youth members, fostering resilience, confidence, and leadership skills. Weekly meetings are held during school terms, with additional events on weekends and school holidays. The group comprises Joey Scouts (5-8 years) on Mondays, Cub Scouts (8-11 years) on Tuesdays, and Scouts (11-15 years) on Mondays. Community involvement is encouraged through various roles and activities.
