Available for hire on a one-off, occasional, or regular basis, it caters to birthdays, martial arts classes, special parties, music rehearsals, meetings, and yoga classes. The standard rate is $60 per hour, with a minimum booking of two hours for recurring hires or four hours for one-off bookings. A nominal refundable deposit is required.
