Established in 1964, 1st West Waverley Scout Group has been a cornerstone of the Mount Waverley community, offering a comprehensive scouting experience for youth aged 6 to 26. Their dedicated hall at 40 Fairway Avenue serves as the hub for weekly meetings, ceremonies, and social events. The group provides programs for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, and Venturer Scouts, each tailored to foster personal growth, leadership, and community spirit. Celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2024, 1st West Waverley continues to inspire and equip young individuals for a lifetime of adventure and achievement.
