Located at 16 Tulip Crescent in Wendouree, the 1st Wendouree Scout Hall offers a spacious, accessible venue ideal for community events and gatherings. The main entrance is step-free, ensuring easy access for all. Inside, the hall features male and female restrooms, an ambulatory bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area includes two gates, with the yard fully fenced when the second gate is closed, providing a safe environment for children. Ample off-street parking is available, and the hall is conveniently located near public transport options, including a bus stop just a short walk away and Wendouree Train Station approximately 15 minutes on foot. The adjacent Stockland Wendouree shopping centre offers additional amenities, including Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. The hall is available for hire through SpacetoCo, with all proceeds supporting the volunteer-led youth programs of the 1st Wendouree Scouts.
