Designed by Kirsten Stanisich and Jonathan Richards, the spaces feature a plum, green, and blue color palette, textured leather finishes, and cobblestone floors, reflecting Sydney's native flora and urban landscape. The Watermans Room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with harbor views and a private balcony, accommodating up to 350 guests cocktail-style and 200 banquet-style. The Private Dining Room seats 32 guests, complemented by a dedicated pre-function area. The Shipwright Room offers harbor views, while the Harbour Room provides a semi-private setting for up to 70 diners. Each venue is equipped with audio-visual facilities and full catering services.
