Nestled in Park Orchards, the 100 Acres Reserve spans 41 hectares of natural bushland, offering a serene escape from urban life. Visitors can enjoy a variety of recreational activities, including walking, jogging, dog walking, horse riding, and nature appreciation. The reserve features an extensive network of walking trails, some of which are shared with fire management tracks, and a perimeter trail suitable for both horse riders and walkers. Interpretative signs along the main trails provide informative insights into the area's history, flora, and fauna. Dogs are permitted on leads throughout the reserve, except in the northwest corner, which is designated as an area of environmental significance where dogs are prohibited. The reserve is accessible via pedestrian links from Knees Road, Arundel Road, Berringa Road, and Wirth Road. Please note that the reserve is closed on days of total fire ban or higher extreme or catastrophic Fire Danger Rating.
