Wheelies Private Hire offers eco-friendly transportation in Alice Springs with its sleek Model S Tesla. Operated by Colin 'Wheelie' Dawson, the first wheelchair user in the Northern Territory to hold a commercial driver's license, the service provides reliable and comfortable travel for airport transfers, special occasions, and more. A flat rate is agreed upon in advance, with cash and EFTPOS accepted; note that EFTPOS incurs a 5% service fee and GST. Additional fees include a $3 airport toll and a $1 NT Government levy. Operating hours vary by day, generally from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, extending to 10:00 pm on Thursdays through Saturdays.
