Located at 220 Scollay Street in Greenway, the Transport Canberra Lost Property Office is dedicated to reuniting passengers with their misplaced belongings. Items found on buses, at bus stations, or handed to staff are sent here. To report a lost item, complete the online form; staff will search for your item and contact you upon its location. Once notified, collect your item Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bring photographic identification and/or proof of purchase. The office is closed on weekends and public holidays.
