Located within Southern Cross Station at the corner of Spencer and Collins Streets, PTV Hub offers comprehensive public transport assistance. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and weekends and public holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the hub provides services such as purchasing and topping up myki cards, replacing expired or lost cards, processing refunds, and setting up Auto Top Up. Additionally, staff assist with journey planning, offer printed timetables, maps, and brochures, and support communication access tools for diverse needs.
