I just had an awful experience at the B.I. Bongaree store I was waiting in line and a man was at the check out, A young woman came up and put up the closed sign, the lady in front pointed it out and I said it wouldn't apply to me as I had already been waiting, she took over the register and heard me say this and she said yes it does, with that I left my groceries and told her she was rude. I believe this person should be sacked for her behaviour. I wouldn't give any stars for this review, and I also tried to contact B.I. store by phone but was unable. Pauline Townsend
