Nestled at the foothills of the Warrumbungle Mountains, Tooraweenah Showground spans 15 hectares and hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including rodeos, endurance riding, working dog trials, team roping, and private functions. The annual Tooraweenah Agricultural Show brings the broader Gilgandra shire together in a celebration of rural communities. In January 2025, a new amenities block was completed, featuring four individual showers, a parent-friendly accessible toilet with shower and baby change table, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
