The Kalbar Show Society

The Kalbar Show Society, located at 55 George Street, Kalbar QLD 4309, is dedicated to organizing the annual Kalbar Show and enhancing the Showgrounds. The 95th Annual Kalbar Show is scheduled for June 20-21, 2025, featuring a variety of attractions such as horse, cattle, poultry, and goat judging, as well as displays of pantry items, photography, and schoolwork. Entertainment includes Dino Encounters, Be Still Entertainment, Goldie the Clown, Professor Wallace’s Puppets, Urban Reptiles, VIV’s Animal Farm, and Noah’s Farm Thoroughbred Pig Racing. The event also offers country music, vintage machinery displays, and fireworks. The Showgrounds are available for venue and catering hire throughout the year, equipped with facilities like toilets, hot showers, a large enclosed pavilion, and a show ring. Camping options include powered and unpowered sites, accommodating large rigs, with amenities such as water, shade, seating, and proximity to local shops and hotels. The Society aims to promote the Kalbar district and collaborate with local authorities to improve facilities for the community.
