Strickland Falls, located just off Strickland Avenue in South Hobart, is a picturesque 4-meter waterfall on the Hobart Rivulet, approximately a 10-minute drive from central Hobart. The short, 5-minute return walk to the falls is clearly signposted but can be slippery, especially in muddy conditions. The area is popular among photographers due to its lush rainforest surroundings and the charming flow of water. While the track is generally distinct, visitors should be prepared for encounters with fallen debris and other obstacles. Dogs on leashes are allowed, but the track is not suitable for caravans or campervans.
