Located at the end of Butler Road, SSAA Alice Springs Branch Inc. offers a welcoming environment for shooting enthusiasts of all ages. Members have access to the Alice Springs Shooting Complex clubhouse, which accommodates up to 250 people and features a licensed bar, pool table, and scenic views of the McDonnell Ranges. The complex includes a 500m range, a 200m Metallic Silhouette range, two 50m ranges for Western Action and IPSC shooting, two 25m pistol ranges, and a Sporting Clays range. Members can participate in various disciplines, including Combined Services, Shotgun (Trap) and Sporting Clays, Rimfire and Centrefire Rifle Metallic Silhouette, IHMSA (Pistol Metallic Silhouette), Cowboy Lever Action Silhouette, Single Action (Western Action), Rimfire and Centrefire Scoped 3-Positional Rifle, IPSC Pistol and Practical Rifle, Blackpowder Rifle and Pistol, NRA Target Pistol, and Rimfire and Centrefire Field Rifle. Some disciplines offer National Postal competitions, allowing members to compete with others across Australia. The clubhouse is also available for function hire, making it an ideal venue for various events.
