Rural Alive & Well (RAW) is a Tasmanian not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering mentally healthy and resilient rural communities. Operating statewide, including King and Flinders Islands, RAW offers confidential, non-clinical, and non-intrusive one-on-one support at no cost to participants. Their team, hailing from rural, agricultural, and primary industry backgrounds, provides tailored programs addressing the unique challenges faced by sectors such as dairy, livestock, cropping, wool production, fruit growing, forestry, transport, and seafood. Through proactive outreach and psychosocial counseling, RAW aims to reduce the prevalence of suicide among individuals aged 14 and above.
