Risdon Brook Park, located just 15 minutes from Hobart, is a serene recreational area nestled among dense bushland. The 4.5 km gravel track encircling the reservoir offers picturesque views of Kunanyi/Mount Wellington, making it ideal for walking, running, and cycling. The park features dedicated accessible fishing bays for anglers with disabilities, a children's playground, picnic huts, and eight BBQs. Public toilets and a drinking water fountain are also available. Please note, dogs and other domestic pets are not permitted to protect water quality. The park operates from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, extending to 8:00 pm during daylight saving time.
