
Paringa Estate, established in 1985 by winemaker Lindsay McCall, is nestled in Red Hill South, Victoria, amidst ten acres of vines. Renowned for its exceptional Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and cool-climate Shiraz, the winery offers a cellar door experience daily from 11 am to 5 pm, where visitors can sample a diverse range of wines. The on-site Paringa Estate Restaurant provides a fine dining experience with panoramic vineyard views, serving lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Saturday evenings. The Garden Dining area offers a relaxed atmosphere with a seasonal menu, available Wednesday to Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm. The winery is closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
