The sustainably renovated facility features four distinct areas: a gallery with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of the Mount Lofty Ranges, a deck overlooking the vineyards, a semi-circular barrel room with an indoor-outdoor ambiance, and the exclusive APEX tasting room for VIP experiences. Visitors can enjoy a curated selection of award-winning wines, including Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and emerging varieties like Albariño and Grüner Veltliner. Tastings range from $15 to $45 per person, fully redeemable on purchases. The cellar door is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
