The Myall Creek Massacre Memorial, located at Lot 129 Whitlow Road, Myall Creek NSW 2403, honors the 28 unarmed Wirrayaraay people killed on 10 June 1838. Established in 2000, the memorial features a 600-meter winding path through native woodland, marked by seven granite boulders with plaques in English and Gamilaroi, illustrating the massacre's history. The main memorial, a 14-tonne granite boulder, stands on a rise overlooking the massacre site. This site serves as a significant place of reconciliation and education, attracting visitors nationwide.
