MUTITJULU COMMUNITY ABORIGINAL CORPORATION

Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation (MCAC) serves as the governing body for the Mutitjulu community, situated at the base of Uluru within the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. As traditional owners and joint managers of the park, the Anangu people of Mutitjulu oversee various community initiatives, including municipal services, cultural programs, and employment opportunities. The community is predominantly Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara, with ties to Ngaanyatjarra people. Access to Mutitjulu is by permit or permission only, coordinated through MCAC, ensuring the privacy and cultural integrity of the community.
