Mount Kaputar National Park

Mount Kaputar National Park, located 50 kilometers east of Narrabri in northern New South Wales, offers a diverse landscape of towering forests, breathtaking rock formations, and stunning scenery. The park encompasses 50,225 hectares in the traditional Country of the Gomeroi People and features a range of vegetation zones, from semi-arid woodlands to sub-alpine heathlands. The park is home to several threatened plant and animal species, including the unique giant pink slug.
