Meadows CFS

Meadows CFS, located on Mill Street in Meadows, South Australia, is a dedicated volunteer fire and rescue service committed to safeguarding the local community. The brigade responds to a variety of emergencies, including grass and structure fires, vehicle accidents, and natural disasters like fallen trees. In 2025, the brigade enhanced its capabilities with the addition of a new 24P appliance, a 4WD tanker truck capable of carrying up to 2,000 litres of water, equipped with modern safety features to protect firefighters during operations. The brigade's active engagement with the community includes hosting events such as providing democracy sausages during federal elections, fostering strong community support and involvement.
