Mallacoota Police Station, located at 38 Maurice Avenue, serves the Mallacoota community in Victoria's East Gippsland region. Completed in November 2018, this modern facility replaced the previous station that had been in operation since 1980. Designed to support community policing, it effectively addresses local needs, including emergency management for fires, floods, marine incidents, search and rescue, road trauma, and illegal hunting activities. The station enhances the capacity to keep both residents and visitors safe, especially during peak holiday periods when the population increases significantly.
