Magenta, located at 170 Aberdeen Street in Northbridge, WA, is a peer-based project dedicated to supporting and promoting the health and safety of individuals involved in the sex industry across Western Australia. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Magenta offers a range of services, including anonymous and free clinical services, counseling, support with community agencies, referrals, affordable safe-sex supplies, COVID-19 information, outreach services, safer injecting equipment, industry information, peer education and support, 'Ugly Mug' reports, community events, and crisis support. Their clinic operates on Tuesdays from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm (by appointment only) and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm (accepting both appointments and drop-ins). All services are confidential, free of charge, and do not require a Medicare card or real name. Magenta also provides a shop offering a variety of specialized sex work products at competitive prices, including condoms, lubricants, dams, gloves, finger cots, sponges, and toys. These products are stored in a climate-controlled environment to ensure quality and can be purchased in-store, delivered, or sent via cash on delivery.
