Holmesglen Institute's Chadstone campus, established in 1982, is the institute's original and largest campus. It offers extensive building and construction training facilities, including over 30 pre-apprenticeships and apprenticeships in areas like plumbing, carpentry, glass and glazing, and stonemasonry. The campus houses the award-winning Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Centre of Excellence, a digital print centre, fashion studios, building design suites, business faculty, IT labs, and dental technology and oral health simulation facilities. The Holmesglen Employment Centre connects students and graduates with employment opportunities. The campus is conveniently located adjacent to the Holmesglen train station on the Glen Waverley line.
