Gumeracha Group Base CFS, located at the corner of Murray and Victoria Streets in Gumeracha, South Australia, serves as the headquarters for the Gumeracha Group, encompassing stations such as Birdwood, Cudlee Creek, Forreston, Gumeracha, Hermitage, Kersbrook, Mount Torrens, and Paracombe. Established in 1946, the Gumeracha Station operates under Region 2 and is equipped with vehicles like the Isuzu FTS800 Crew 34P Light Pumper and the Isuzu FTS 139-240 44 General Purpose Appliance. The station responds to various incidents, including grass fires, vehicle accidents, and storm damage, providing essential firefighting and rescue services to the community.
