Flinders Chase National Park

Flinders Chase National Park, located on Kangaroo Island's rugged west coast, is renowned for its iconic Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. These geological formations offer stunning photo opportunities and are home to a colony of long-nosed fur seals. The park's diverse ecosystems, from dense eucalypt forests to open grasslands and rocky shores, support a variety of wildlife, including kangaroos, koalas, and echidnas. Visitors can explore numerous walking trails, including the five-day KI Wilderness Trail, and enjoy whale watching between mid-May and late October. The newly opened Flinders Chase Visitor Centre provides interactive displays, a café, and a souvenir shop, enhancing the visitor experience.
