The Darwin Rifle Club, established post-war as the RSL Darwin Rifle Club, is situated at the Micket Creek Shooting Complex on Brandt Road in Darwin. The club's facilities include a spacious clubhouse with meeting rooms, offices, a fully equipped kitchen, bar, and caretaker's house, complemented by separate toilets and laundry facilities. The shooting range spans from 300 to 1000 meters, featuring 30 target frames. The club offers a welcoming environment for both novice and experienced shooters, providing equipment and expert tuition to new members. Weekly competitions are held every Saturday from 1 p.m., with distances ranging from 300 to 900 meters. Membership is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a community centered around the sport of full-bore rifle shooting.
