Established in 1953, Currency Creek CFS is a dedicated volunteer fire station located at 2832 Alexandrina Road, Currency Creek, South Australia. Serving the Mundoo Group within Region 1, the station operates a 4WD Isuzu FTS800 Crew appliance with a 3,000-litre capacity. Equipped with essential firefighting tools, including breathing apparatus, chainsaw, GPS, quick fill pump, and an automated external defibrillator, the crew responds to various emergencies, such as grass fires, vehicle accidents, and natural disasters. Training sessions are held every Monday at 7:00 pm, welcoming new members to join their dedicated team.
