Crown Security Training, located at Level 3, 8 Haig Street, Southbank, VIC 3006, offers the nationally recognized CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations. This comprehensive course equips students with essential skills for a career as a Security Officer, covering areas such as crowd control, unarmed guarding, legislation, communication, customer service, first aid, and emergency procedures. Training is conducted by qualified instructors with extensive industry experience, providing realistic, hands-on scenarios within Crown's venues. The Melbourne course runs over 18 days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with upcoming sessions from 8th September to 2nd October. Successful completion meets Victoria Police licensing requirements, enabling graduates to apply for a security license as a Crowd Controller, Unarmed Guard, or Control Room Operator.
