Claravale Station

Claravale Station, located approximately 350 kilometers southwest of Darwin in the Northern Territory, is a prominent cattle breeding operation spanning 67,500 hectares. Managed by the Harrower family for over 40 years, it boasts a well-bred herd of around 12,000 high-quality Brahman cattle, including approximately 6,000 breeders. The station features extensive capital improvements, such as expanded water points, solar bores, enhanced fencing, and upgraded cattle yards. Additionally, 320 hectares are cultivated with Jarra, providing hay for cattle feed. The area is rich in natural water sources, including Bradshaw Creek, the Daly River, and numerous springs, and is situated over the Oolloo, Tindal, and Jinduckin aquifers. The station benefits from fertile soils and an average annual rainfall of 1,100 millimeters, supporting its productive operations. Structural improvements include a homestead, large workshop, and accommodations for management and staff.
