Burrendong Dam

Burrendong Dam, located on the Macquarie River near Wellington, NSW, is a major inland reservoir offering a variety of recreational activities. The dam's 7,200-hectare lake provides ample space for water sports such as skiing, jet skiing, sailing, and canoeing. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy catching species like redfin, golden perch, Murray cod, silver perch, catfish, and European carp.
