Bungarie Bay campground, nestled along the shores of Boolambayte Lake in Myall Lakes National Park, offers a tranquil retreat with seven unpowered campsites surrounded by tall casuarina and paperbark trees. Ideal for swimming, paddling, and birdwatching, the area is part of a protected Ramsar Wetland, home to diverse wildlife including black swans, koalas, and dingoes. Facilities include non-flush toilets and wood barbecues (firewood not provided). Access is via unsealed roads suitable for 2WD vehicles. Please note, fishing is prohibited in Boolambayte Lake, but permitted in nearby Myall Lake.
