Broadbeach Library, located at 61 Sunshine Boulevard in Mermaid Waters, offers contemporary spaces and a range of library services, resources, and activities. Situated just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Broadbeach, opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre, it's one of the city's most environmentally sustainable buildings, designed to reduce water, electricity, and air conditioning usage. The library features accessible parking, after-hours return, a customer service centre, defibrillator, disabled access, internet access, a café, PCs with Microsoft Office, photocopying, printing, scanning to USB, recharge points for mobility scooters and wheelchairs, self-serve checkout points, and free Wi-Fi.
