It features a main hall accommodating 280 people in theatre style and 240 for dinner events, complemented by a supper room for 60 guests. The venue is equipped with a kitchen, crockery, cutlery, cold room, air conditioning, and disabled access, making it suitable for parties and celebrations. The hall is also home to the Bill Ritchie Room, named in honor of Bill Ritchie's 25 years of service as Shire Clerk and his dedication to the Barcaldine community.
