
The Aldoga Solar Farm, located approximately 20 km northwest of Gladstone on Queensland's central coast, is a flagship renewable energy project with a capacity of 380 MW. Situated within the Gladstone State Development Area, the facility comprises around 820,000 solar modules and is strategically positioned to contribute significantly to Queensland's renewable energy targets. The project has generated substantial local economic activity, including a peak construction workforce of up to 350 jobs and ongoing full-time operational roles. Additionally, it has established a Community Benefits Sharing Plan to deliver added value to the local region over the project's lifecycle.
