This versatile space empowers you to produce dynamic photos and videos with all the equipment you'll need. The studio offers four car parks right in front of the unit, with additional space for larger vehicles. Amenities include a toilet, shower, and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Studio TEN12 also provides options for hiring an assistant to help with your shoot. The studio encourages bringing your own props and furniture, with a large garage door facilitating easy drop-off. While natural light is limited, the studio has measures in place to control lighting during the day. The maximum recommended capacity is 20 people to ensure a comfortable environment. Pets are allowed, but the hirer is responsible for any clean-up caused by them. The studio requests that you leave the space as you found it, with a clean-up fee applied if excessive mess is left behind. Repainting the Cyclorama is free of charge upon request, but leaving it with marks and dirt that can't be cleaned will incur a repaint fee of $150.
