Phil The Framer, formerly known as Northam Picture Framers, offers professional picture framing services in the Eastern Hills of Perth. Located at 299 Hinkler Road, Wooroloo, their studio is situated on the historically significant Railway Heritage trail. The family-run business, established in 2000, is led by multi-award-winning artist Phil Mayne and professional longarm quilter Deborah Harris. They attend weekend craft markets in York, Northam, Toodyay, Mundaring, and Bakers Hill. The studio operates by appointment from Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, with other times available by special arrangement.
