Joffre Falls Lookout in Karijini National Park offers breathtaking views of a curved waterfall cascading into a dark pool, creating a natural amphitheatre. The 1.5 km return trail leads visitors down into the gorge, where they can swim in the refreshing waters downstream from the falls. The lookout is accessible via a 100-meter trail from the car park, while the more challenging path into the gorge requires a Class 5 descent. The falls are especially impressive after rain, with water tumbling over smooth black rock.
